How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your Loom Indica account → My Orders → Order Details. The tracking link will be available there.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel, please visit the Account section and you will find the option to cancel your order. Please fill the required details and submit the request.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations before dispatch = full refund in 5–7 business days

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order requirement. You can order even a single saree, dupatta, or fabric piece. For bulk or wholesale enquiries, please contact us directly at support@loomindica.com.

When do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders above ₹1500 qualify for free standard shipping across India. For orders below ₹1500, a nominal shipping fee is applied.

How long will delivery take after placing an order?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch:

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number once dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Loom Indica ships only within India. We are working on expanding our international shipping services. If you are based abroad and wish to place a large order, please write to us at support@loomindica.com and we will explore options for you.

What happens if the delivery attempt fails?

If delivery fails, the courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. You will be notified by SMS or call before each attempt. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse.

In case of a return to origin, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply if the original address is incorrect or delivery was refused.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched. Please email us immediately at support@loomindica.com with your Order ID and the corrected address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can initiate a return from your account within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photos of the item, Unboxing Video is Mandatory, and the reason for return. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, pack the item in its original packaging with tags intact and ship it to the address we provide. Share the tracking number with us after dispatch.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund is credited to your original payment method:

• UPI / PhonePe / GPay: 3–5 days
• Credit / Debit card: 5–7 days
• Net Banking: 5–7 days
• Cash on Delivery: NEFT to bank account in 7–10 days

I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologise for this. Please email us at support@loomindica.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect item received, Unboxing Video is Mandatory, along with your Order ID.

In such cases, we bear the full reverse pickup cost and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional charge to you.

The colour of my product looks different from the website. Is this a defect?

Minor colour variations are inherent to handblock-printed and naturally-dyed fabrics. The dyeing process uses plant and mineral-based colours that vary slightly between batches — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

However, if the colour is significantly different from the product image, please share photographs and we will assess your case individually.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customer-initiated returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size): the customer bears the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective product): we arrange and pay for the reverse pickup. No extra cost to you.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across most pin codes in India. COD may not be available for very remote areas or orders above a certain value. A small handling fee may apply for COD orders.

For orders above ₹1500, you have to pay 10% of the order value prior to shipping and the remaining amount at the time of delivery.

Do you offer EMI payment options?

Is it safe to make payments on Loom Indica?

Absolutely. All payments on Loom Indica are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. Your financial data is completely safe.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What happens?

If your payment was deducted but the order was not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days by Razorpay and your bank.

If you haven't received the refund within 7 business days, please email us at support@loomindica.com with your transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.

Are all products genuinely handwoven or handblock printed?

Yes, absolutely. Every product on Loom Indica is 100% handcrafted — either handblock printed, handwoven on traditional looms, or both. We source directly from artisan clusters across India: Ajrakh from Kutch, Bagru prints from Rajasthan, Ikat from Odisha, Maheshwari silk from Madhya Pradesh, and more.

Because each piece is made by hand, there may be minor variations in print placement, weave density, or colour tone — these are marks of authenticity, not defects.

How should I wash and care for my handwoven fabric?

For most handblock-printed and handwoven fabrics, we recommend:

First wash: Wash separately in cold water — colours may bleed slightly on the first wash.
Regular wash: Gentle hand wash or machine wash on delicate mode with mild detergent.
Drying: Dry in shade; avoid direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
Ironing: Iron on low heat from the reverse side.
Storage: Store folded in a muslin cloth. Avoid plastic bags.

Specific care instructions are printed on every product's tag and listed on the product detail page.

Do you take custom or personalised orders?

Yes, we accept custom orders for specific fabrics, colours, or bulk quantities. Please email us at support@loomindica.com with your requirements. Timelines for custom pieces range from 2–6 weeks depending on the craft and quantity.

Please note that custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

Is Loom Indica environmentally sustainable?

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Our products use natural dyes, organic cotton, and hand-powered looms — all low-energy and low-carbon processes. Our packaging is made from recycled kraft paper and biodegradable materials. We do not use plastic packaging.

We are actively working towards carbon-neutral shipping partnerships and support artisans in transitioning to fully organic dye processes.
