Cash on DeliveryHow COD works at Loom Indica
COD is available across India for orders any amount of orders. An additional COD handling fee is applied, which covers the cost of cash collection by our courier partner.
Advance Amount for COD Orders
To reduce order cancellations and ensure our artisans are fairly compensated, COD orders above ₹1,500 require a advance payment of 10% of the total order value to be paid online at the time of placing the order.
This advance amount is fully adjusted against your total order value — you only pay the remaining balance on delivery. The advance amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.

We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery. Please read the conditions below carefully.
Items Eligible for Return
Items that qualify for return must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 48 hours of delivery date
- Unboxing Video is Mandatory
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and polybag are intact
- Return is accompanied by the original invoice
- Return request was raised via our website or customer support before sending the item back
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us First
Visit the website and login to your account, you will see an option to raise a return request on your order. Returns are valid for only till 48 hours of delivery date. Please choose your option as return or exchange the product, along with this select the proper reason for return with clear photos of the item, Product Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Get Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a Return Authorisation along with the return shipping address.
Pack & Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship it to the provided address via any reputed courier. Please use a trackable shipping service — Loom Indica is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 2–3 days), we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

Size & Colour Exchanges
We offer one-time exchange if you'd like a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. The item must meet all return eligibility criteria above.
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through website as mentioned above. If the requested size or colour is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or full refund instead.
Damaged or Wrong ItemsWe take full responsibility
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item — we sincerely apologise. We take full responsibility and will resolve this at to you, including return shipping.
What to Do
Please do not return the item yet. Instead:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged / wrong item including the packaging.
- Video of Product Unboxing is Mandatory, showing the condition of the package and item upon delivery and product unboxing video is mandatory.
- Visit the website and login to your account, you will see an option to raise a return request on your order.This is applicable within 48 hours of delivery and product unboxing video is mandatory.
- Our team will arrange pickup and send a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable ItemsPlease read before ordering
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, customisation, or the handmade nature of the product:
- Stitched or customised garments (blouses, petticoats, altered items)
- Items purchased during flash sales or marked as "Final Sale"
- Yardage / fabric by the metre (cut fabric)
- Items with broken or missing original tags or tampered packaging
- Items returned after the 48-hour window has passed
- Items that show signs of use, wash, or damage not present at time of delivery

Important Refund Notes
Refunds are initiated from our end within 2 business days of approving the returned item. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
For COD refunds, please share your bank account details (account number, IFSC, and account holder name) with our support team. We do not process COD refunds in cash.
